How to use our services

It’s simple.

1)Register with us through our registration form at the “Contact Us” page or email us at customerservice@whoosh2.com.

2)Tell us what you’re looking for. Example: Gap jeans, Coach bag.  You can also give me a link to the product.

3)  If you already have something specific in mind, then the rates would be :    USD (amount) x 1.30 (includes sales tax, handling fees) x Exchange Rate* = Local currency (amount that you will pay), minimum is USD 50.  My handling fees includes us paying for your item, filling in the customs forms and mailing it out to you.

4)Upon confirmation and receipt of payments, we will then buy and ship the item to yourself.

You’ll be in total control of the whole process.

*For Malaysia, we will use the Maybank currency converter.

Payment Options

1) Credit card - Your payments will be via Google Checkout. We will send out an email invoice to you.  There will be a 2% credit card fees included to the total amount.

2) Maybank Deposits/Transfers (only for Malaysia)

3) International wire transfer to US bank account.

Shipping Options

The shipping rates depend on the items that you’re buying, the shipping time is usually 7 - 14 business days to a month from US.

1) US Postal Service - generally cheaper but buyer has to handle the custom duties and taxes when applicable.

2) Federal Express - there will be a tracking number and they will represent the buyer for custom duties and taxes when applicable.

3) Through agent in Malaysia, this will be cheaper but will take about a month to reach you and will depend on the time waiting for the capacity to fill up.  Shipping prices for items on Whoosh2 blogs are based on this service.

Our Policies regarding Customs Duties and Prohibited/Illegal Items.

All items sold are genuine and in accordance with laws of the United States and respective countries where items are shipped. Items which are deemed illegal by destination countries will not be shipped to that country.

If required to disclose, Whoosh2 will gladly abide and disclose the contents and value of items shipped to the necessary and relevant legal authorities.

It is the responsibility of buyers to declare the value of items and pay the necessary taxes and custom duties in the respective countries. Where possible, Whoosh2 will assist buyers by estimating the amount of custom duties and taxes.

Gift Option

We offer two services for gift options, please let us know if you need any of these services:

1. 1)Reminder - We can remind you a month or two months time ahead of a special date and help you to find the perfect gift.

Return Policies

This will depend on what is purchased and the store policies where the items are purchased. Clients will be advised accordingly.

The client will bear the responsibility of the mail charges, packaging and insurance for the item to be sent to Whoosh2 in US.
